In December 2020, Questel's shareholders organised a partial sale of their position and wanted to bring in a new shareholder : Eurazeo. The two historical shareholders (IK Investment and Raise) have reinvested c.70% of their proceeds in this operation and have shown their confidence in CEO Charles Besson to successfully complete the group's 4th LBO operation.
On 21 March 2019, Scalian announced that Cobepa, the investment company, had acquired a majority stake in the Group's equity alongside its management team and Andera Partners. Cobepa, through this operation will support the company's international development.
Ardian, one of the world leaders in private investment, announces the acquisition of Cérélia, the transatlantic leader in the household pasta market, alongside the management team led by Guillaume Reveilhac (founder and CEO). Through this operation, the fund will be able to support Cérélia in its drive to accelerate growth in Europe and North America.
