IK Partners, Eurazeo and Raise, which have been shareholders in Questel since October 2020, have supported the Group in its acquisition of NovumIP. This acquisition adds an annuity branch to Questel's offering, enabling the Group to provide services covering the entire value chain of intellectual property management.
In April 2021, Permira announced the acquisition of a minority stake in New Immo Group, to make the company a European leader in the real estate transaction market. Qualium will reinvest a share of its exit proceeds in this new LBO.
Sagard acquires a majority stake in Nutrisens through a second LBO with the management team. Sagard and the management team plan to further strengthen the leadership of the group in the medical food sector in France and abroad, and carry on Nutrisens' fast growth in clinical nutrition.
