In April 2023, Latour Capital, Charterhouse and their historical co-investors have increased their participation in Funecap. The operation was executed with the latest generation of each investment vehicle alongside the management. The main purpose is to both support the Group’s rapid development, mainly through acquisitions, and to consolidate its European funeral services leadership.
IK Partners, Eurazeo and Raise, Questel’s shareholders since November 2021, have supported the Group in its purchase of Equinox. This acquisition enables Questel to offer a comprehensive software solution of intellectual property management to law firms.
In March 2022, the founders of Be-Cloud decided to open the company's capital to B & Capital. This primary LBO aims at supporting the growth of this major player in the distribution of Microsoft software via its direct and indirect sale channels, both in France and abroad.
